Robert Gauss is the senior partner and founding member of the Gauss Law Firm, P.C. and he is admitted in Colorado state and federal courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. In addition to having a concentration in bankruptcy law, Mr. Gauss is a trial lawyer with years of experience in Colorado courts. He has tried various types of cases, from criminal and custody matters in state court to complex litigation matters in the federal courts. While the firm still prides itself on being a general civil and criminal firm, it now concentrates in the area of bankruptcy and personal injury law.Education:
